Just great service. I drove my friend here to get the second hand parts, which he was ordered from the net by describing the need with photos. Everything went just fine and good price. I guess I'll check this place first before going to manufacturer's service desk.

Bad service and high prices. Called them in the morning for a specific part. They said they would test if it worked and call back. They didn't call back, so we called around noon. This time they said we could get the part from 16. We went there at 1745. We told them we were after said parts. After waiting for 1½ hours they then told us that we had to buy the whole roof of the car to get a piece for an unrelated rear compartment. 900€. I complained that it was unreasonable since I wasn't interested in the roof and since they had already told us we could come and get the part. I offered to dismantle the part myself as I know it would take about 10-15 minutes. They rejected as it was now near closing time. I spoke to the owner who agreed, after much debate, that we didn't have to buy the whole roof. He also said he would send the part so we wouldn't have to drive an hour back and forth again. They just had to now send me the price of the part. This happened the next morning. 400€ for a part that I have seen elsewhere for 100-150€. A clear rip-off and complete waste of time calling them, driving there and waiting in line for hours. I have no clue how this company makes any money, but they don't seem interested in selling the parts they have and have horrendous customer service.

First time,they didn't have what I was looking for but very helpful. Would recommend them if you were looking for second hand parts for your car.seem to be very popular a lot of people collecting parts.

Always very helpful and great service,I always use the website first to search and write the part referenced makes it easier sometimes, or if I cant see on the website I WhatsApp them and get fast responce ,super easy to get to also

After waiting 1 year and lots of phone calls and journeys to the owner iv finally recieved certificate of destruction for my vehicle and can now have the embargo removed from my bank account due to non payment of suma while the car was not registered off road by the breakers. No rating as 0 doesn't register! !!
